The decades of experience in the field and a “vertical” EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) production method, allows CMS to offer a “turnkey” service for the production of any steel work, both civil and industrial, ensuring full customer satisfaction. Starting from the Customer’s basic engineering, CMS provides a complete service dealing with the executive and detailed design, the management of suppliers, the prefabrication and construction of products, surface treatment, transport, complete assembly, testing and maintenance.

CMS determines the detailed engineering of the piping and structures, as well as the assembly sequences, virtually verifying the processes and optimizing the interdisciplinary nature of the various activities, with the sole purpose of reducing construction times, optimizing the material used and maximizing the quality, safety and efficiency of the finished work.
All the necessary activities are carried out and coordinated by specially prepared project teams composed of highly qualified personnel working in close collaboration with the customer. For each of these phases, CMS uses the most advanced technological tools to ensure optimized systems, both in terms of quality and safety.

The company prefabricates and joins the realized structures, studies the lifting processes and simulates the laying phases previously evaluated virtually, analyzes and evaluates the necessary equipment, studies and realizes the interconnection systems with the existing works and plants, builds the necessary supports for the transport and for the packaging of the realized components.
CMS has 3,000m2 covered areas for the realization of the artifacts and 6,500m2 uncovered for the assembly, testing packaging, loading and unloading of materials and finished or semi-finished works, as well as having cutting-edge tools and equipment for processing and assembly on site and at the worksites.

CMS, at the customer’s site, takes care of all phases of installation, assembly, connection to existing works, up to general testing and scheduled and extraordinary assistance. Both in advance and during the installation phase, CMS can also take care of coordinating the civil works necessary for the purpose, as well as producing everything needed to adapt the existing structure to the new one, whether it is a matter of connections to existing parts of the plant, realization of supports and brackets or the demolition and remaking of inadequate works.
CMS, has qualified personnel specific to each need and operates according to the highest standards of safety on construction sites and at work in general. Each human resource put in the field is specifically trained in order to ensure the highest standard of quality possible.
